About the Clothes

You may notice that the items sell out pretty fast because we only carry 1 or max 2 pieces of most of the items here! We want you to wear things that are unique to you! We can't guarantee that you won't find it elsewhere but at least you can be sure that whatever we sell here are of limited quantity!

The apparels sold here are mostly free size, it will fit anyone ranging from UK size 6 to 10, unless otherwise stated.

Our model Pauline is a size 6/8, height: 160cm.

Head of the pixies is a size 8/10, height:162cm.

If it can fit us, it can fit you! =)

Order Procedures

Step 1: Email your confirm orders to pixiefhouse@gmail.com

Step 2: Indicate the following in your email
1) Item Code & Name
2) Recipient’s Name
3) Delivery address
4) Contact Number
5) Quantity
6) Preferred mode of postage(Normal/Registered)

Step 3: Once a confirmation e-mail is sent, the item of your choice will be reserved for the next 24 hours.

Step 4: Upon your confirmation of total charges, make payment to our DBS Savings account within 24 hours.

Step 5: Email us the transferred date, time & amount upon completion of payment transfer.

Terms & Conditions

1) Changes to order will NOT be ALLOWED after payment is made.

2) We check every item before delivery, hence all goods sold are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-EXCHANGEABLE.

3) All items will be sent through SingPost, the local mail provider. We are Not Responsible for any package lost through normal mail. Registered mail is highly recommended.

4) Once goods is delivered, No Refund will be accepted such as items that cannot fit. It is the responsibity of the customer to check the measurements before ordering.

5) Colours may differ slightly due to monitor's resolution or lighting effect during photo taking.

6) Please allow 2-3cm discrepancies for the measurements stated due to different ways of measurement/production batches.

7) We will not be responsible for any wear and tear incurred on the item due to daily usage.

8) All items are bought personally by us from overseas, so most items will be while stocks last!

9) All your information provided will be deemed personal and will be kept confidential.
